Flyby is in your conf in the main IL-2 directory. Open it and scroll to where it says [mods] it should be there if not add it. I had Tiger's sound on HSFX 7.0 and while my sounds are not truly as good with set at 0. They are still alot better than default. Plus I have seen many people with this problem and no one seems to jump in and help so it's the best I can do at least I hear flybys's now..
