HSFX 7.03 updater problems

Hello everyone,
Today i tried to reinstall Boelckes Westfront mod.
So i :
Downgraded my game to 4.12.2 and checked by starting it
Then i installed HSFX 7.0 again and noticed that when i load up the HSFX history mod in JSGME the game says that its running 4.12.1 with HSFX 7.0

I thought i could solve this with the auto patcher, so i downloaded it , put it into the directory and started it but i get a C++ Error when i start it and its not updating as it seems because it still says HSFX 7.0 on start
