Does this work or is it ever likely to be made comparable with CUP?

I'm pretty sure CheckyerSix has included this in his C&C mod which has been around for awhile.  I don't believe it's compatible with CUP but I don't use CUP myself.

For what I know, it is included and working in C&C for 4.12. I remember using 'box' flak barrage in #DOF. Not tested with #WAW but it should be there too...
