Hi! Moezilla - I had only committed myself to update the DCG files when there we major updates to WaW. I am sure the SAS guys don't update WaW with every new mod addition. :) (...not to remotely equate SAS's work to updating DCG files, but the logic is the same). But if some is working on a campaign that uses those aircraft I might reconsider that position ;)

Martin-133-WH3 is exactly the skin folder name I am using. It has two skins in it and I can load them from the FMB. That has been the case from the beginning.

I know I must be doing something bone-headed but I can't seem to spot it.

Red marked is the skin folder designation in class.dcg, have you tried it?
Edit: Blue is the aircraft designation later for the Briefing! There you can write what you want!

Are you trying to edit your own class.dcg or are you using the version Moezilla and I worked on? If so, the class.dcg isn't the only file you have to update.

I see what you mean! I was messing with the folder name in the skins directory but the error is in the skin entry of the Class.dcg file! Got it! Works now. Thanks to all of you for being so patient with me on this.

Glad it is working - but why not use the version  Moezilla and I worked on especially if your plan is to distribute the campaign to the public.

I tried it at one point but ran into a payloads issue almost immediately so I reverted to my initial file that was working.

The G4M1_11 in your payloads file uses an invalid weapon (1xtyp91). I don't know yet if there are other issues so I reverted to my working files. Once I get the initial Borneo sub-campaign working I will go back and try your files with the torpedo fix and updates to the B-10 weapons. Right now I am concentrating on a working Borneo.

I don't think there is any issue with distributing the files in a campaign though; the class and payload files will be in the 3rd party folder and will not affect other campaigns.

It's in the weapons.properties file:

G4M1_11.1xtyp91                         1xType 91 Torpedo

The means there is an issue on your side.

You are correct - there is no issue other than passing around different file versions. Which only increases the number of errors to troubleshoot.

The weapons.properties file is not always reliable, I'm afraid. There is another thread on that issue. I will see if I can find it.

If you go into the FMB you will find that you will not be able to select the torpedo listed in the payloads file.

Interesting - well in that case removing it is only option. With 900+ aircraft there is no way to test all of them. Good catch! I will look to see what other aircraft have that issue.

I think the number of devations is relatively small. It just means that it will be good practice to check the aircraft used in a given campaign, and their upgrades and downgrades.

That is a good point - check all the aircraft for compatibility issues before release.

To be honest - Paul isn't interested in Mods thus DCG may have reached the end of it's upgrade life for us. I have mentioned awhile ago that if aircraft mods were done correctly and no "short cuts" were taken, the weapons.proprties file would be up to date.
