Helicopter controls

Hi guys, in JTW module there are several helycopters type, I wish to know if is possible to set the collective control in the controls menu. Does exist the possibility to set this control? For cyclic control is simple, it is joystick normal working way. I have another joystick I could to use for it, but I don't know wich control assign to the secon joystick? I tought to propeller pitch control, but I don't know if is it right.
Those of you who usually uses helicopters as it does for this command?
