Hi Malone.

I have rolled back my #JTW install to pt8 and re-installed pt9 and 9b. My JTW module loads with no problem and the M59 can be seen in the FMB viewer.

I think you stated previously that your JTW install was fine up to pt8. The M59's were introduced in part8 so I can only suspect there is something corrupted in your pt9 and 9b zips. Anyhow, here are the links to my rar files:

https://www.mediafire.com/download/bqcmadw5p19bb2i/C.U.P.+Module+04+-+The+Jet+Age+Pt-09.zip

https://www.mediafire.com/download/b76z42htndooh18/C.U.P.+Module+04+-+The+Jet+Age+Pt-09B.zip

Hope this resolves your problem

I checked my stationary.ini file in the Jet Age pt 9 and the M59, M113, and LVT5 are listed.

[StationaryObjects]
M59             vehicles.stationary.M59Stationary$M59_APC         2
M113            vehicles.stationary.M113Stationary$M113_APC       2
LVT5            vehicles.stationary.LVT5Stationary$LVT_5          2

well gents, thanks for all the replies so far....
unfortunately most of them are not really applicable here, as i've already shown, by way of the ini files that i have in my rar archives from Part 6 all the way through to Part 9, that there is no reference to any of these vehicles, whatsoever, in any of them.
i included from Part 6, as that is the part (i linked it in reply #14 of this thread for easy reference) that supposedly includes them for the first time.
as you will see, if you check the associated ini's which i provided in reply #17 and #19 of this thread - none of them show any entries for these vehicles.
if they first appeared in Part 6, then they should be included in each and every ini thereafter, from Part 6 all the way through to Part 9.
but they don't appear anywhere - not in any of those ini's.
the first mention of them  in my files is Part 9B, and then i get an expected (to me) 70% ctd, as the only ini reference to them is in the stationary.
without any chief or technics entry at any point, a 70% ctd is all one can expect.
so, i understand that everyone has these entries, i am happy, and can't argue that - however, that doesn't help me - as you can see for yourself, with all the ini's i've provided, with each part from 6 through 9, that they simply don't exist anywhere there.
so, although my JTW loads up correctly (without crashing) up to and including Part 9, those vehicles are not included (for me) and when i add Part 9B, which includes the stationary entries only, it crashes.
how on earth do i have every ini file from Part 6 that simply doesn't include these vehicles anywhere?
i can't get my head around that, sorry.
my downloaded files check out (at least size-wise), but hey, guess i'll just start downloading everything again....
someone suggested i d/l Part 9 again...sure, i'll do that, but that still leaves those vehicles missing from my Part 6, 7 and 8...so....hell, guess i'll re-download them all again.... :-X
strange, no-one's offered to let me try adding the chief/technics entries for these vehicles myself,  to see if it's just the entries that are missing....
again, a corrupted download doesn't fly here, to my mind - if a download is corrupted, i might not be able to access the provided ini file - you don't get a corrupted file (more so, several in a row) that is totally perfect, just missing the 3 entries for these vehicles.
anyway, before i start sounding too much like a stuck record, let me just start re-downloading all those parts again.

Sorry for the apparent mess about this  :-| What appears clear to me now is that even if some of this vehicules may have been introduced earlier in SFS files, the lines in the chief and technics ini files came only with Pt.09 download. With Pt.09B came the updated stationary ini.

As I am apparently not able to post files, I'll add the lines from the ini files from the actual Pt.09 dl as code :

Hi Gastrasz, no need to be sorry mate - i'm just trying to be as clear as possible about what i'm experiencing, so as to avoid any possible confusion.
thanks for the entries, i am about to try them out - however, i think i have now finally stumbled on the problem.
while all my downloaded archives match the original files in size, i found one which doesn't - and it's quite a big discrepancy, and guess which part? - part 9.  :P
while the original archive size should be 1.33GB in size, my part 9 was only 0.99GB in size!  :o ...Lord only knows what else might be missing besides the 3 'Nam vehicles.... :P
that has to be the reason, as, thankfully, you have cleared up for me why there were no references to these vehicles from part 6 through to (my apparently corrupted) part 9. if those entries first only appear with Part 9, then that will explain it perfectly.
so now i download Part 9 again, and will see how that goes.
hopefully i'll be reporting back soon with a happy ending to this mini-saga...
my thanks again to all who tried to assist up to this point - much appreciated!  :)

and i am pleased to report that Part 9 of my downloaded archives was the problem - obviously an incomplete download.
after re-downloading it, installed it and immediately my JTW module is up and running!
problem solved, thank goodness! :D

that was sorted out, check my reply #4, Gerhard - so now, all modules at least load successfully. :)
phase one complete, now for phase two of more intensive testing...
