Hi, I have a problem with my CUP WAW install, everything works but not my p-51's. everytime I try to load them il2 get stuck with loading aircraft (30%) after pressing fly in QMB and the program does not react anymore I can't find a solution. Does anybody know what to do ? Sorry for my bad english

no log required for this error, try activating in JSGME one of the 3 alternate soundsets, the default CUP sounds have a problem with merlin engines.

That was my first guess, too. I had the same problem with Merlin-powered Spitfires, and it turns out that Soundset-02 or -03 needs to be activated in the JSGME. This peculiarity is mentioned on page 9 in CUP Manual V7.0.

NEVERTHELESS -

Calvincuijk - The logfile can be very helpful. It is a very good idea to learn how to set up the logfile, and how to locate, if generally, and post the relevant contents. I have no idea of what I see in my own logfile, but I have spotted clues now and then, and there are SAS members who not only know exactly how to interpret the information, but are happy to do so.

Thanks you all ! activating the soundset 2 solved eveerything  I was looking in my own logfile and didn´t understand anything of it, until i saw every logfile ended with some errors about loading merlin engine sound. all my problems are gone now thanks !
