My coop buddy has an issue with QMB in that it won't start.  It worked before but I believe this current problem coincided with him changing his pilot profile.  I don't see how that could corrupt his QMB but it seems (at least to me) that his troubles started after this.  He's tried other pilot profiles and now has the same problem with them.  All other aspects of the game are fine (i.e. FMB, online coop play etc), no probs.  It's just the QMB.
I'm not familiar with QMB.ini but I suspect the issue may be there.  Any advice is appreciated.

How about well-known ".last.quick" ?

Interesting , I have a similar issue.
Most likely it is self inflicted , but when I select QMB , my entire computer freezes and must be rebooted.
No other part of the game , including online or offline , single mission or online gives me trouble.

but I'd love to get to the bottom of it.

What is the "well known"    ".last.quick" you are referring to Western?

OK. I found a thread referring to ".last.quick" , here at 242 Sqdn (soon to be gone I understand - one less resource!)

Instruction is to delete the  ".last.quick" file . What it doesn't say is where to find this file.

In searching , I discovered that my "Quicks" file folder in my game folder is empty.
What needs to be in this folder?
