*sigh* this is another one of those 'why didnt you check the forum' posts....

failure or CTD when selecting QMB is usually because you need to delete your last quick mission - left over from the last module activated.

I now fully expect the next post to be..... WHERE DO I FIND MY LAST QUICK ?
