Haven't we been out of the program files folder already?

no i moved them all out just now but it didn't seem to do anything besides show the splash screen for longer than usual one time now its back to showing up for a split second then crashing

I got np clue about the JavaVM and its memory allocation, but my initlog looks like this.
Notice that I got double amount for heap sizes, 8Gb RAM in the PC and 1024Mb Max RAM size selected in selector.

i went into the selector and set the maximum amount of RAM i could this is what i got

the start up debugger shows the same thing every time
