/load.ini error help please

When I start the game with the C.U.P. World at War Module it doesn´t even load the starting video and on many maps I get the the /(mapname)/load.ini error

Don't you forget to install MME (Modular Map Expansion) ?

MME is always needed for any aircraft groups.

I have MME installed but is it posible that I need java ?
