 Since the inauguration of SAS1946 consider that my greatest contribution to our community was in 2012, to have managed to convince a brilliant expert in 3D to improve BF-109 family, I was impressed with the quality of their work on Japanese planes, our friend from Japan, JAPANCAT!
   But fix lacked be made, the 109K-4 nose radiator and K14, so i did a transplant 109G-10 and was satisfactory, the driver's head is more proportionate and is compatible with BF109_Ultimate_Pack_v4, should be placed above it.

I must admit that I'm a bit lost here.
I understand that this mod should be for K-4 and K-14 only?
In that case, why does it contain all the 3D files for all other 109 versions?
Concerning the pilot's head, I take it that "more proportionate" reflects the pilot's head location, which is more back to the seat in this K-4/K-14 folders.
Apparently this has been achieved by simply disabling JCat's hier.him edits, by putting a "-" sign in front of hier.him filename.
However in this case, when the JCat 109s are installed in parallel, this "fix" will show no effect.
Furthermore, with this mod the pilot's head on all other 109s is in the "less proportionate" proportionate forward position, because this download ships with all the "less proportionate" hier.him files.

Last but not least, what purpose does the 2nd download link have, the one from your 2nd post for the K-14?
Is it required to get things to work?
What's the dependency of that download?
What does it do?
Did you change anything in there? According to the readme of that download, it's not yours.

... same as Mike, I downloaded it yesterday and saw all Bf109 folders were there, whereas the post says it only tackles the K4 and K14 ...

I noticed that the BF109_Ultimate_Pack_v4 version had ALL AIRCRAFT with the NOSE radiators incorrect, a quick comparison notice that JAPANCAT version is more accurate and realistic , so I ended up leaving all planes.
   Regarding the pilot's head, refers to 109K , i never was a 3D expert , I'm just sharing a correction.     As I wrote , I did nothing more than transplanting the corrected nose 109G -10 to 109K , which gave a good result.
  Just compare the pictures of the two versions with the real plane.

I believe that the difference is between the engine not the frames....the deeper radiator intake is for planes equipped with DB605ASM....but in the later stages of the war the correct association of plane frame and engine was difficult so there was planes with correct shallow or deep intake for the engine and planes with wrong engine intake....

If I look for a correct mod to reproduce this condition it should also involve the FM with more or less overheating time and the correct engine specification....



....maybe we you can ask to Graybeard to take a look at the FMs....

What related to human body anathomy even 1/16 inch has matter.
In face 1 milimeter misplacement is difference between quasimodo and super model.
From that...

Pilot head is exactly 1/3 of space between  armor seat and front of canopy.
If not 1/3 its wrong and mess all impression. That like Matchbox on a photo near object for scale comparison.
