The biggest part of it was done by 101tfs, I'm just the coding bitch.
Nevertheless: Thanks for the appreciation!

Best regards - Mike

No, that's what I tell to my boss only and I strongly doubt that you're my boss :P

I have a weird question.... is it just my game that I see the airplane skin in the size of 1024 x 512 ?

I thought they would all work much better if they were in the normal size of 1024 x 1024 ?
I think this is the first time I see an airplane skin with these sizes.

 :(    :-X

Boh .. actually this skin size is unique .. I wanted to add some skins prepared by me in the Ki-94-II skins folder, but can not find the correct size .. all sizes that I have tried are then not visible in the game! If someone found the right size, let me know ..

I'd also like to hear if anyone has found a solution. I also tried to add some skins, but unfortunately IL-2 doesn't want to show 1024 x 512 skins.

The only solution to this strange skin size problem may be re-sizing the skin to 1024x1024 using Photoshop.
That is what I am using.
If you still have problems with the originals skins, I could post my skin version here for the default skins and also for the skin-folder.

Do not be too excited just yet Stanislao  ;D Because when you re-size this type of skin, you will always loose some details
in the lines and rivets and other smaller details. Even adding some extra sharpness to the skin, it still looks a little blurred.
This happens to skins in .tga format and also in the normal .bmp skins saved with the "Bright" plugin.

It is strange that I can use the other skin sizes (default skin 1024x512 size) in my game with no problems
but some people are having problems with their game. Is there some type of "mod" or some type of lines that is
missing from other game versions?

I have been able to use other skin sizes in my old DBW-4.10 game + DBW-1916 and now in the 4.12 VP-Modpack.
You guys are probably missing something. (?)
