Gerax, I have installed the mod via JSGME.

maybe some extra added mod(s) wich interfere and so stabs does not work in your cup?
sorry, I have no further idea what else could cause this.

I ran CUP as soon as I finished installing the latest part, and no mods were added then, so other mods is not the problem.

Take a look in your  \jsgmemods folder in the root of the Sim and  open the \#CUP_Stabs4All   folder.  You should see the four \#xxx folders for each era. Open one and you should see this mod.   !!Stab4Aall
If it is there,  try copying and paste this mod directly into the #folder of the Era you want to fly  and see if it then works? 
By Rights - if you have the #CUP_Stab4All mod enabled in the JSGME.  You should see the  !!Stab4all already listed in the  #xxx folder for the Era you are flying.   Can/t think why it would not be there - but by putting it there should make it work for you.

If it is not there coping it manually kinda defeats the JSGME - but should make it work as a test.
