WAW Flyby Sounds Are Missing

Title pretty much explains the whole thing. I have tried flyby=0 and flyby=1 in the conf.ini, but they did seem to work.

What I mean is that the plane is completely silent in the flyby view. Please, I need to fix this.

No. I have tried Kuban and Smoslensk. The plane is completely silent except for the guns.

So I put these in the #WAW folder. It didn't work. I tried the jsgmemods folder and still, nothing. Would you recommend a reinstall of CUP?

edit- So I did some looking around and it seems that perfect landscape mode has to do with the Tiger sounds not working. Perfect mode is unable to run on a computer with an integrated graphics card. I am running Il-2 on a laptop with Intel HD 5500. Is there any way at all for me to run perfect mode? The conf.ini changes hardware shaders back to 0 after I start the game.
