CUP safety net & maps sfs files
« on: December 01, 2016, 07:06:54 AM »

Hi guys, I update my CUP installation up to CUP safety net point. Checking for sfs files integrity, I noticed in the SFS_MAPS folder I have 77 files instead 76, as explained in the CUP safety net readme.

The files are:
  • MAPS.SFS  from 1 to 57
  • VCL.SFS from 1 to 19
A single .sfs file: XUPMOT01.SFS...maybe this one is the intruder file? Can I delete it without problems?

All modules runs without glaring problems. My biggest thanks to all CUP team for this wonderful xristmas gift!! :) :) :) :) :)

Many thanks for your help! Ciao!

Hi, I don't know if it works fine for you... In my CUP everything seems to work fine....It was only to be "line up" with what is suggested by Monty.

Ciao!

Marco,
I think  it means  you  should have MAPS.SFS  from 1 to 57 and  VCL.SFS from 1 to 19
in that folder. The other is just extra  but I would not delete it -  just rename it with -- in front and see if  it gives you any grief.  So far my new style build works as expected. Even with this file in.   Just be sure to  remove the  SFS_MAPS/CUPSOUNDS.sfs.  file  though.    You don't need that file.

Hi Rod, ok, I will try to do as you suggest. The SFS_MAPS/CUPSOUNDS.sfs has already been removed long ago ...

Many thanks.

Ciao!
