I have downloaded the torrent file from LA PATRULLA AZUL ( [rutracker.org].t5345652.torrent ) But not sure what to do now - how do I open it?
 
Also from this link https://cloud.mail.ru/public/2Rpf/Hmh3cPEKe/DGenPACK%201.3%20Full/ I downloaded 37 DGen rar files + 1 DGen exe file Are these files the same as torrent?

Can you give brief instructions into English for install step by step into 4.13.2 (4.13.2 Modact 6?)

You must install  the Orginal Game,then the SAS IL2 412.2 Mega Patch,then the 413 Patches-
Il2_413_RC4_INT-IL2_4131_INT-IL2_4132_INT.Over this install the DGenPACK_1_3.Your Download
is the Same as the Torrent but in the Torrent there is a Patch to the Game in engilsh and a Skin Pack.

Your English is good - thanks for the help -
I now have all the downloaded files you mentioned including the INT.exe and skins packs
I have 4.13.2 up to date but no Il2_413_RC4_INT-IL2_4131_INT-IL2_4132_INT - So...
1) Do I need to install these before the DGen pac? then...
2) Do I just run the DGen Part01.exe and it installs all the rar files automatically?... or
3) Do I run the DGen Part01.exe and then install the rar files manually?

Sorry to appear stupid but hope I can learn quickly

You must install all Packs before the DGen pac.When you have patched to 4.13.2 its OK.             
The DGen Part01.exe runs automatically,you must browse it in the same Folder where is
the 413.2 Game.The Patches  Il2_413_RC4_INT-IL2_4131_INT-IL2_4132_INT are on this

Yes success!
Thanks for your patience. I managed to install the DGen Pack without any problems.
Just experimenting with a few things at the moment but so far I like it very much.
I didn't realise it was possible to get 4.12 mods to work on 4.13 - very impressive.

A couple of things:
-Rename the DGen_mod.ini to DGenMOD.ini.
-Before install the Asura's DGen Modpack 1.3, you must rename the folder DGen from 4.13.2 clean version to -DGen or DGen.old
-Patrulla Azul? Hey, this  is my Virtual Squadron!! And yes, we have adopted this absolutely awesome Modpack as the official installation to fly our cooperative campaigns. The 4.12 is dead for us.

I have a minor, but annoying glitch with my DGen installation. Some aircraft engine sounds are rhythmically going up and down in volume with a brief sound like static/hiss each time - this is continuous every second like a regular "hissing" sound,  - I have found this on all aircraft I have flown so far - F4F, P36, F6F, Lagg 3, F4U but NOT on A6M2-21 etc.
I also noticed that the same "hissing" noise on the startup movie BUT ONLY WHEN THE US PLANES ARE ON SCREEN???? When Zeros are on screen the sound is not there.
I admit I haven't tried all aircraft - but have you heard of anything like this from anyone?

Apart from this - everything perfect.

By the way, where is the DGen_mod.ini ?

The DGen_mod.ini is a file inside the root game folder. About the sounds... download some soundpack and problem solved.

Can you recommend a soundpack - I already tried some packs from CUP 00_Soundset01, 02, 03

I also notice the hiss sound is on the intro movie, but only when the US aircraft are on screen??? when the Zeros are on screen there is no "Hiss" noise!!!

A very very good sound modpack is the "Sound contemplation", by Ice_Eagle, at Freemodding site. Google it. This soundmodpack is used in my Virtual Squadron, with the DGen Modpack 1.2. I guess that works with no problems in the 1.3 version.
And about those "hiss sounds"... sorry, i dont understand. English is not my native language.
