Once again, you've missed the "CUP Safety Net" installation step.
I'm wondering how people read through the installation guide...

I'm afraid there was nothing about a "Safety Net" when I downloaded and read the instructions. Must have been added later.

Would you mind to share the full solution to your issues?
"A missing snipe" is nothing another user with the same issue could get any hint from I'm afraid.

How did u fix it Hairog?  I have CUP in my internal harddrive and installed all update without any crash.  Then i installed the same updates in my external harddrive (backup CUP), i got 60% crash on DOF.  I tried the Safety Net and didnt work.  I also tried reinstalling the DOF part13 and MME's part 15-17 and didnt work.  This updates get weird sometimes.

For clarification....my CUP internal HD is working fine without Safety Net ......My CUP external HD CUP has 60% crash working with full updates and the Safety Net.




This issues is only for DOF,  the rest are fine.

No, the updates behave perfectly fine like they always did.
The creativity shown when all a user would have to do is follow a simple installation instruction consisting of "extract, delete, extract" is what gets weird quite often.

1st rule of thumbs: Installation got f**ked up = Start again from scratch, not somewhere in the middle.
2nd rule of thumbs: For heaven's sake, log.lst! Log.lst! Repeat: Log.lst!

Time to delete the saved copy and copy the good internal drive files to the external drive.
A point to note ....
If you have the Error Log turned on,   DOF takes a long time to load.  At least it does for me,  but it will load if you are patient.
Turning off the log   i.e.  conf.ini [Console]  LOG=0
It will load faster.
Down side - You won't get a log file.

Like the name suggests, the error log is most valuable in case of errors, otherwise it doesn't serve any purpose.
Then again, when you have errors, it's mandatory since an error report without log is like a lonely hearts ad without reply address.

Why before need to download many #waw , #dof , #TGA and more folder inside the files ,and at the last NEED to delete this folder for a little download called safety net ? Isn't better someone delete #waw and others folder BEFORE for reduce many hours of download ?
