Cant get TJW to work

I have downloaded all the MME and TJW files but when im in the TJW menus for some reason it crashes whenever I try to go to the quick mission builder... everything else in the menu works but as soon as I click quick mission builder it crashes. Ive tested the stock setup for the game and that works fine... ive tested the modact setup and that works untill you go to start the quick mission and is says data file corruped...
any help/advice would be appreciated.
