I have the landing flap problem too, though I have yet to try the latest V1.3.

Flaps trouble ? today's v1.3 and every older versions I have had no trouble about flaps.

IL-28 has unswept wings like WWII props and it needs flaps take-off position or landing position only in lower speeds than swept wings Jets.
In deploying flaps too much in higher speed, strong nose up will come. But I feel it's not so unrealistic for this design.
Combination with engines throttle decreasing and elevator trim, landing on IL-28 is very easy and smooth for me.

Unfortunately, I observe the problem with the flaps in landing position, regardless of version. Perhaps the problem is in my setup games 4122.

I solved the problem (IL-28 and 1956 Jet pack Tu-4 didn't work), adding this mod to my mod folder: "Tu-4 Bull Serial and Atomic Combined"

Since than, both aircrafts works fine. I have no idea why, but at least everything is fine now.

I´ll look up regarding landing and flap but for now i see this reticle issue while looking away from the panel instruments.
