I get a CTD when using the AV8 in QMB, loads up to 100% then cockpit appears and game crashes, my log below, any help please

A quick'n'dirty fix would be to dl the attached below 7z file and
unzip and install the folder "! US_Marine_Aviation_Java_Pack_2017-01-08"
into your BAT/JTW2 directory.

Not quick and dirty at all Gerhard.  We have been testing this for about a week now!

It is all fixed in B.A.T. Expansion Pack Six by using the latest JAVA Marine Pack for the FA18 and AV8B.  The appearance of the radar screen has been changed but we have tested both Marine aircraft on intercepts and tested the catapult takeoffs and dragchutes for the FA18.  As we have found before, previous minor changes killed the cats and made the chutes do wierd things. 

Change one thing, change something else. - The Jet Age is particularly vulnerable to even minor tinkering.  One of the best reasons for the existence of B.A.T. is the Jet Age flightline - The most jets all working in one place.

The Java update is included in B.A.T. Expansion Pack Six, out soon.  We do not recommend installing EngineMOD 2.72 as this breaks the B.A.T. catapults.  Best advice?  Give us a few days to compile and upload BATEP06 - all done.

As usual you are right on the pulse my friend.  We have been testing this for some time, very thoroughly, because this set of jets has tripped up everyone at some time or other.  We have a great combination now.  The entire JTW flightline is something I would never have believed possible a few years ago.  I like the performance too, that lazy smooth rolling motion as you bank to follow the doomed MiG...

Thanks Western!  This is working brilliantly now.  The chocks mod is integrated too. 

All Harriers good, all Hornets good, great job!

Tested the whole regime again:  Harrier, Hornet chute test, all types of catapult and land launch.
