I had the same message for BAT 24 and 27, I DLed the separately and extracted them with 7zip separately. That way it all worked!

Mates, this issue is solved and it's been discussed a few dozen times already.
If for whatever reason you're not able to download the files from Mediafire correctly, you can always use the mirror kindly provided by PA Dore:

Right hand side are mediafire links, left hand side are "native" ones from PA Dore's site.
