Perhaps a conflict between Poncho's cockpit and Freddy's?

IMHO while Freddy's cockpits are great (see also his F-86 one) they are a bit heavy in terms of resource requirement.  As another poster stated a few posts above texture compression may be needed to 'smooth it out'.

I am very happy with the cockpit from Jug Reload - assuming that they're the ones from Poncho (here:  https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=31007.0)?

Poncho really did a great job on these - completely change the experience of flying the Jug.

Cheers,

Roger that Ben Ponchos are the way Im going, and I have a solid fast running rig. But with Poncho's Pits there are no conflicts what so ever. Thanks Poncho.

Hello Bravo!

I also had this problem with the D27 pit some time ago and I think I solved it by using the pit version which contained some classfiles in the download;
I do have two download versions, one with and one without classfiles IIRC, I need to check one of my xternal HDDs which are stored but not plugged into my rig currently....

Hey Guy!

if you want I can zip up the two folders I have for getting to show up Freddys pits on my install :)
I have basically created a mix between the compatibility folder, the Poncho hires pit folders (for the Razorbacks on my install) and Freddys pits;
I have again checked my Jugs and the pits show up as they should...

but as said, i will install the Jug pack over the weekend and see how this works with the pits then...

Hello Guy!

ok, got the jugs pack up and running and I also managed to get the Freddy pit in for most of the Jugs with the exception of the D-27 and the TBolt Mk.II 1944;
on these two, I get the same screen that shows up when there is a hier.him problem;
for all other late bubbletop Jugs, the Freddy pits work;
I just copied over his D-25 folder into the cockpit folder of the Jugs pack and this did the trick...
I might try Cromhunts pit to see how this works out...
