log Files
« on: March 06, 2017, 08:15:56 PM »

~S~ SAS Community!
I have been away from the IL-2 community for almost 8 years now and after seeing the SAS B.A.T. super mod pack,
I decided to give it a try. I got it dl and install and it looks great. However I am having a bit of a problem with mission building.
I need to know where to find the log files are so I can post the log files with the problems.
Please tell me where to look.
Thank You

Cheyenne, go here and read the appropriate topics https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/board,4.0.html, how to get logs, what is essetioal in the log to put in a reply and how to use the "insert code" function.
The pinned topics in there are very helpful to start with.
We´ll help you out as much as possible once we get a grip on your issues!

Flying H hate to seem like a dumb person, I been out of IL-2 1946 for about 6-7 years now. What I am trying to find out is where is the file log located at.
Is it the logfile one?

The folder is in your IL2 root folder if you´ve set these linea in your conf.ini (file is also in the root folder)
Code: [Select]
[Console]
.....
LOG=1
LOGTIME=0
LOGFILE=log.lst
LOGKEEP=0
