Now that BAT EXP 07 has JU-88 A1, etc., can we have some nice weathered BoB & early war skins & generics for the JU-88A1. Maybe VPMedia could do this?

So nice to have the early war JU-88A1, etc available, but again, we really need some nice (weathered, etc.) skins, especially blanks even would be great! Thanks

Well, that's interesting & thanks for the reply.

I have tried using several of the Ju-88A4 skins on the earlier Ju-88A1. It's true that they will work, but there are some important surface details that are different enough to be quite noticeable. For example the A4 has a circular DF antenna panel on the top of the fuselage that should Not be on the A1 & there are access panels on the bottom of the engine nacelles on the A4 that should Not be there on the A1.

There are several other minor differences, as well. If there were a way to modify some of the existing A4 skins to remove those skin details I mentioned, I'd be happy enough, but that's beyond my knowledge.
