So, in the aftermath of my brain-fart regarding the driveable U-Boat, I discovered something kinda magical: It can be skinned as one would any other aircraft. So, upon finding this out, I promptly went about doing something about that, so that gain could be taken from my errors.

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,7108.0.html I merely converted all the different TGAs into workable bitmaps. Now, in order to get the skins to work on the U-boat, here's what you have to do: In the "3do/Plane/PT-Boat" folder, if you've put everything together right, you'll have the usual 3d files and a folder called "-summer." Remove the dash and open it. In it are 4 tga/tgb files. Go back to the previous folder and look for 4 tga/tgb files that will have the same name. Copy them and paste them into the "summer" folder, and overwrite the contents. Tada, you now have a skinable Type VIIC U-Boat! Then you can add the provided "PT-Boat" folder to your Paintschemes/Skins/ folder and you'll have the various camos that Sani made for his mod.
But enough of my dithering, here are links and screenshots:
