Awesome western0221!  I substituted the folder in this new version: https://www.mediafire.com/file/458eqt8nedp3dny/SAS_Engine_2.7.3w_full_20170419.7z

for the same folder in my test installation and tried about a dozen planes.  No BOOM!

I also tried several QMB missions and all seemed to be working just fine.

Big thanks to Mike and western for diving into this and providing us a fix!

barber, yes the new Engine Mod fix breaks my previous BAT Engine Smoke & Flame mod.  Here is the new version:

I will pass this along to Simon to be included in the next expansion pack with the new Engine Mod.

Hi, I have the same good results with this  SAS-engine.  Also  Typhoons (42) seems to be fixed, where I found  same "booms" with  older Typhoons.  Typhoons  43-44 are OK.  But I lost cockpits for crewmen  of Wellington Mk.III.  Only pilot's  position   works.  Navy version Wellington  is OK.

The last EP 12 repaired exploding Ki-49,67 and Typhoons (42) in my BAT.   Thanks  DK
