This is a generic request for having more generic/blank skins included in skin packs.

I am tired of downloading excellent skins that do not have generic/blank versions. Skins that they fit in a particular mission or campaign, but are wasted in all other cases.

Good idea.
I try my best to include some blank version skins for you guys when I post a skin-pack, or at least one skin version.

In some airplane-Mods you cannot select a roundel, or a number, to be shown on the aircraft. So an all blank skin or at least a
skin with no numbers is useful.
You guys and gals can later use Photoshop or Gimp to paint into the blank skins some serial Numbers, or roundels, if needed.
With a little work you can also paint and add into the already made skin some extra dirt, paint-chipped details and other effects.

A few Blank (unmarked) skins is a good idea.

Makes sense.  I normally don't include blank skins but will try to do better at that in the future.  However, I have PM'd when asked. The same goes for templates (if I've kept them) . So at least in the case of my skins, don't be shy about asking if you need something generic I haven't included in a pack

I agree, please add blank skins.  When building missions I make all the planes in a flight with generic blank skins and then the player of that mission chooses any (marked) skin.  If there are no blanks then I must make my own from existing skins that do have markings.

Glad to read this request. I've tried to include blanks with my skins, this just reminded me I forgot in my Bird Dog set, and the AD4 would need a new blank wing. I plan on updating my skins eventually, but if someone wants a blank for now I'd be happy to make one. I know I just have a few skins out there but more are on the way.

I may do some blanks for my skins, I'll bear them in mind for my 50 skin pack. Same with the Ta-152's. I didn't do a blank for the D-12, I may change the file to include one.

Agreed, I always try to include the blank versions or no number at the least. I miss adlerhorst hanger, Where every skin shipped in 5-7 versions. Lol

a bit dissapointed, a few skinners listened to this request, but most didn't. Why bother to do a fully marked version and overlook to just ommit numbers?
