Contemptor_Scion, when did you download the WAW Checkpoint? And more importantly, where did you download it from?

I notice in one of the pictures you posted, your WAW checkpoint is named BATRP03 (BAT Restore Point 03, I would say). As I already explained here:

The very first WAW Checkpoint download that was published contained references to some files that should not have been there. If you downloaded the checkpoint back in April, You probably have the same issue others had. Try re-downloading it again (BATRP03CLEAN).

Currently up to BatEXP 9 with no issues, and creating a backup as I type before installing the checkpoint

Right, the Clean RP03 worked, moving on to the later expansions. Thanks everyone who has assisted with this issue, it's been a great help
