Hello, I've been checking the Expansion Pack #12 readme and I noticed it suggested to delete some classfiles... But, for example, 554D28A0041EF420 is fine to keep if it's found in !SAS_Engine_Mod folders
Well, I have 4B598398AD1D180C and 08447B2E29097EB0, which according to the readme should be deleted... But they are in the !SAS_Engine_Mod folders, in my game these classfiles doesn't come from any kind of JGSME mod option because I have no mods installed, only B.A.T. and its 12 Expansion Packs. Is it okay to delete them anyways? or should I keep them?
Notes are in red and green:
**********************
B.A.T. CLASSFILE BLACKLIST WORLD AT WAR (#WAW2)
AAF46F6E19676E80 - (Yak-7 Spawn-Breaker)
4B598398AD1D180C - (Seafire loadout breaker) Found this one in all four !SAS_Engine_Mod folders
08447B2E29097EB0 - (Seafire loadout breaker) Found this one in all four !SAS_Engine_Mod folders
**********************
554D28A0041EF420 - (FM's Headmove Do17 breaker) Only found in !SAS_Engine_Mod, which according to the readme is okay
Note that 554D28A0041EF420 supplied with SAS_EngineMOD is OK to use - Do not overwrite.
2E1ADF6EDF8A6C64 - (TD's Liberator breaker) Found in #JTW2\Classes-ObjectsWeapons and #WAW2\Classes-Objects (the #WAW2 one in fact is named -2E1ADF6EDF8A6C64, with a "-" at the beggining)
Note this classfile is used, through JSGME, to add the TD Liberator as an option but it breaks all other Liberators.
These little shits can creep in anytime you are adding mods. Often the problems they cause are unrelated to the mods that installed them, so that you might not notice right away. If you get these symptoms search for these classfiles and delete them.
