I recently came across the driveable PT Boat mod, and since I just installed BAT, I was wondering if I can install the boats, and if so, how would I go about doing it?

I see no reason why the existing PT-Boat mod wouldn't work. Install it as you would any other aircraft (adding air.ini entries and such), it should work just fine

Just tried the PT-Boat Mod in BAT and can confirm it works fine.
Remember it's an aircraft FM, so set your waypoints accordingly -

Set the first waypoint as Take Off (with Taxi to Take Off box checked) and all subsequent waypoints the same - otherwise you'll find that PT boats and U Boats don't fly very well.

To switch between the boats you have to go into the Mod files - 088_PT-Boat_U-Boat/3DO/Plane/PT-Boat (there are then three file choices; US PT-Boat, Russian PT-Boat and U-Boat although they are not named this way) - just put a minus "-" in front of the two files you do not want to use and make sure if necessary to change the name of the file you are using to PT-Boat to match the air.ini entry. You can only have one boat at a time and it has to be called PT-Boat to work.

By the way Bombsaways is working on a new PT Boat of very good quality with realistic boat deck instead of aircraft canopy.
