I seem to have a problem.
When I make a quick mission, I spawn with a black horizon when in first person view, and when I switch to third person view, there's something wrong with the jet.
It's fuselage is painted with mismatched colours, for example, there's a decal of wheels on its side, there's no sound of the engines despite them visibly working, and none of the controls work. Yaw, axis, release bombs, nothing.
What's the problem?
..black horizon.. : ..cant connect to or does not have a cockpit / =
no controls. Look into, and
do provide here an error log ( = is a mod ).
.. a possible excess files in the path (would crash air-classfile at 60% however). Standardize the mod, fix the pit path in such a case.
..wrong with the jet: ??? After the pit is solved, if this persist then look into the log info again, find the culprit.
Maybe you meant the wrong mapping: jump ahead...no sound.. : .. get/need a recent large sound pack mod. Dont forget the above required
Jet Era pack mod (aka JTW file in bat).
..wrong skin mapping.. : the skins were made for another version like 'beta' versus the final mod, just perhaps;
or may be the skins were made for an earlier 'franken' model and that's very likely.
Check dates of plane files versus dates of the skins.
Compare your skins to the plane/
summer file content: the default skin(s). Style must match.
