How comes the Airacuda? I have enjoyed watching the progress and I am very excited for this unique plane!

This aircraft is looking awesome! CONGRATS!
A very futuristic design for its time.
I´m also looking forward to fly in it.

Things are moving along. Slowly, but moving. There are many details in this aircraft to work out.

Take your time in building it Zflyer48,
its looking excellent! I like the details you have done to it.

It just goes to show that even the Allied Air Forces had some crazy & wild ideas for airplanes too, not
just the Luftwaffe and their "Luft-46" projects  ;D  but this Aircuda dates back to the mid-1930s!

Imagine if they were available in large numbers at Pearl Harbor on that fateful December day?!
The Japanese attacking force would not stand a chance against those two 37mm M4 cannons ! AND 4 other machine-guns!  :o
It´s a flying mobile anti-aircraft platform!

This aircraft looks like taken from a 30s pulp novel... :D

but here's a thing were there's a question about intended realism here. The plane was extremely unstable, prone to overheating and could not be controlled with one engine failing. You don't have to recreate these features necessarily :P

The gunners also had worries about bailing out with the props behind them.  If you thought the tangleChute code was bad enough...

Starting back on an old project. Not following the addage "Back up! Back up!" I had to re-start from my 3d files.
But, things did come back together pretty fast.

Holy cow, how cool is this?
Lovely plane, no matter how much it sucked in real life, the concept is fascinating!

Seems cute but double 37mm are not to joke about. Nice 3D zflyer :)

Very happy to see that this plane is still alive ; I'll definitely start to work on possible single missions for it !  :o
