bobrpggamer, western is one the very few who really knows the code of IL-2
and he understands to read a log. So see it as a privilege when he tries to help.
btw, here its mandatory to provide the log. Its not some kind of chicanery,
usually its the only way to understand what the help requester tries to tell us.  :)
Without its (wild) guessing only most of the time.

Hi bobrpggamer, from your picture in post #4 it looks like you have some folders out of place. The #DBW_MOD_... folders should be in your #DBW folder .As far as the Combat over Europe folder is I have no idea.

These are so so, a lot of Dgen needed and menus are gibberish. I just keep the working ones and drop the Dgen ones.

WWII Expansion Simulations:
Battle of Britain 1940 (needs Can_Channel_Map)
Norway
Pacific Wars 1
Stalingrad
No video intros at all with these.

But I also have 2 more IL-2 1946 folders with no more than Patch 1.09m and early these early mods.

IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 CD - AAA Mod - Battle of Brittain
IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 CD V2 HSFX V2 Battle of Brittain

And still no videos, locks at 44% loading

I can run all expansion packs in the earlier mods and not have problem, just the WWII Expansion Simulations expansions.

Provide the log.lst file. It is in you home folder unless you have logging turned off. If you cannot find how to generate and post a log file using this site's search function  then you are not making an honest attempt.
