VP-Modpack: siren sound inactive

Hello guys... The siren for the "air raid warning" is out of work... can I replace the file anywhere? (VP-Modpack)

It is not very loud, hence hard to hear when the engine is running.

#SAS\#00__1JiverSOUNDS_4.12\Presets\sounds\objects.siren.prs
#SAS\#00__1JiverSOUNDS_4.12\Samples\ground_siren.wav

You can adjust volume by [spl] value change in the prs file.
