Tropical Hurricanes for use on Map independent Theatres




Mod created for my own Request and Purpose of having Arctic, Russian Front, Greece, Balkans, ETO,
CBI and Java related Hurricanes with proper Vokes Mesh fitted...

Hurri Lovers Welcome
The Mod Project took a long journey, first as a request only, later I took over
and recruited Modders. These left the project and I was long unable to finish.
Long time ago the old UI Vokes Hurries got unified into
a Pack for certain reason. Finally the lack of Vokes Hurries
on CBI/PTO or everything else than Desert related is imminent.
One can say not another row of useless crap, ney,

Try to set up Force Benedict on Winter Murmansk Map,
you get the later stages Hurries without the Vokes, the Russkies complained about.
















A word on 3-D Mods:
Older Mods of me came already packed with fine new 3-D,
I do so if some parts are for historical accurancy needed.
but for the reason of some complaints
in the past, and here on topic of multiple Cockpit Mods out there, I strictly don't
deliver such über modded stuff where to decide which to put on top.
conflicts with Gunsights WxTech for Hurricane if using Another new 3-D Cockpit.
It is a hier.him issue, to cure please fix yourself inside your wanted Cockpit Mod.
I used better Props only, if you want you can fix with Better Wheels.

We are testing a domestic ModFilter Cockpit here, in case you want to fiddle with Gunsights.
I'm in the process of porting all 4 VVS Slots to them.

Under Yakovlev Design Bureau extensive Weapons Trials conducted.
Some had been appointed earlier by the Pilots, like 78.IAP and Safonov,
who kickstarted the use of domestic russian cannons instead the pour
Brownings for ShKAS. These Trials should also show effectiveness

In my Vp_modpack unfortunately I have a problem with this pack, out of four planes in the QMB selection window there is only one visible: Hurricane Mk.II/c Vokes, 1941*.

Hi Piotrek1, i had the same problem in my custom install because I was missing some pilot textures for the a,b, and d models.
Namely pilot_GB_1.tga, pilot_GB_1D.tga and Raf06.tga. So I just opened the pilot mat files and changed the textures to ones
that I already had as I could not find these textures anywhere.

Hi Piotrek1, try this fix. All I did was change the pilot textures to match VP's pilots. Hope this helps.
Just drop it into your mods folder and let it overwrite the original.
