AI deadly with 30 mm cannon. It annihilates anything that you will target it to.   ;D

A little update:

Mi-24P introduced with some new features:

- new 3d for P model thanks to Tvister!
- brand new GSh-2-30K with its own unique sound and characteristics of recoil.
- dual fire mode for GSH-2-30K: slow with RoF of 250 and high with RoF of 2460 (beware of high recoil!).
- new sound management system for low and high RoF with different samples.
- new default skin.
- lots of java cleanup and lots of small fixes here and there.

In works:

- New correct modes for ASP-17V gunsight with proper distance calculations.
- New ASO-2V modes for continuous flare dispense over combat zones with different time delay.
- Reworking the WSO management and logic. I want to make him fire more precisely and wisely with 9M114 missiles as with the YaK-B turret.
- Reworking YaK-B characteristics along with new sound.
- Reworking AI logic. I want to make it fly lower and faster in target zone.
- New damage textures.

Any 3d enthusiasts help is required!

Those deadly eyes...It scares me to know that a new Hind is coming with a 30mm cannon...ugh i can't sleep anymore

There is no readme or anything. Unfortunately I have no time to write a proper documentation. So be aware, that it requires some knowledge and practice to fulfill combat duty using this helicopter  :P

Here are some basic notes about controls:

Now you will always have your Power at 100% and you should operate your Prop. Pitch axes to control the helicopters collective. I advise to make a new Pilot Log Book page with different controls set just for helicopter flying like I do this, because you will have to rearrange your control setting for joystick at least for adding a trim button.

So here are the new controls:

Misc_1: Trimmer: Set
Misc_2: Trimmer: Reset
Misc_3: Operator Report Mode:
Operator: None"
Operator: Watch For All Ground Targets"
"Operator: Watch For Armor"
"Operator: Watch For Guns"
"Operator: Watch For Vehicles"
"Operator: Watch For Train"
"Operator: Watch For Ship"
"Operator: Watch For All Air Targets

Misc_4: 9K113 Fire Control:
9K113 Fire Control: Pilot
9K113 Fire Control: Operator
Misc_5: Raduga-Sh: On / Off
Misc_6: GSh-30-2K Cannon rate of fire.
Misc_7: ASO-2V:
ASO-2V: Standby
ASO-2V: 4 sec. interval
ASO-2V: 8 sec. interval

Misc_8: VUAP-1: Heading: On / Off
Misc_9: VUAP-1: Altitude: On / Off
Misc_10: VUAP-1: Pitch + Roll: On /Off

Some other notes:

- To let the Operator control the 9M114 "Sturm-V" missiles you shoud do next:
Press Misc_3 to choose the preferable target type and then press the Misc_4 to let the Operator control the 9K113 missile guidance system.

- To fire missiles in manual mode just go to the operator view cockpit and dont forget to turn on the Raduga-Sh emitter for missile guidance.

- AI will fire flares if there is a threat near by or following your settings, so flying in a group you will have quite and amount of flares protecting you.

- AI now can fly Mi-24 in the same slot and same flight without any noticeable problems. Vertical take off and landing is implemented.

- Lots of other things that I forgot. If I remember something I will post it here.

Cool mod.
But he does not work with me, in QMB in the pilot version even his name is not displayed, and in the AI version only the name without the module is displayed.

There is no AI version in this mod. As stated above AI will use same slot.

I forgot to tell that everything is tested in B.A.T. musketeer with latest Engine Mod along with latest Weapon pack by western.
