You know what my source of inspiration is, you've been there before ;)

The trick is to make it feel right, natural, and still, people will notice the horizon will roll as soon as the camera is not level with the actor. There's a different way to move the viewpoint but it didn't feel right to me because the camera was not 'hooked' the same way to the actor and the actor could easily get lost off screen. Well, imperfectly perfect will do fine I guess :D

Thanks everyone for the comments.

i dont know if im allowed to say that here, but i have a problem with that mod. Since installed the mod the menu that appeared when pressing F12 dont appear anymore, it was practical because i could control any vehicle in the mission and other stuff like controlling the gunner inertia etc i think it was part of the PAL's visual mod. i would like to know how to fix it

You should not use NG-CAM and VisualMod at the same time. It's one or the other. The game won't CTD but there are incompatibilities between the two.

Hello whistler and thank you and everyone else involved in making this mod and its components.
is that possible to have pan view in cockpit with the inertia set to OFF in external views?

You can turn Inertia on and off anytime with the 'Toggle Snap/Pan View' control (SNAP VIEW section).

how about having inertia ON/OFF (modded F2 behavior/stock F2 behavior) key set to something OTHER THAN snap/pan view key (F9)?
i think it makes this great mod even more useful.
is that possible?

Right now it is not possible, shahryar. Try instead PAL's VisualMod (you can turn inertia on and off from a menu). If you like flight sims you should seriously consider a head tracking device.

Does anyone else find that this mod crashes their sim?  I can't even get BAT to the loading screen when I activate it.  Fresh 3.7.2 install, no other mods enabled.

It's the same behavior I got when I tried to use the BAT FOV mod.  Others have discussed the solution to that (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=61124.0, https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=60423.0).

It seems like NG-CAM incorporates the FOV mod so have others encountered the same problem and does the same type of solution work?

Thanks,

August

Hi K5083. First report of the kind. Post the relevant part of your log.lst. This mod is incompatible with other camera/FOV mods.

Hi and thanks.  I'll tinker a bit first, and post a log if I don't get anywhere.  I don't think it was ever clear why some folks had crashes with the BAT FOV mod and others didn't.  My hunch is that it has to do with graphics settings.
