Game events defined by "usr" parameter in sound *.prs files?

Can't find a list, even in part, of the game events assigned to the 16 (?) different usr values used in .prs files for sound assignment. I suppose I could try to determine at least some from the context of the sound. But if anyone knows anything about this, it'd be a great start.

In particular, I'm interested in the values defining hits by bullets, cannon shells, etc.
