I have SAS ModActivator 2.72 and 4.101 game version and game crush on 20% with this mod.
Change FM-file from other folder not help. I get FM-file from this mod version https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,60315.0.html and this help me. Game start normally but german torpedo weapon no appear in weapon slot.

Not even the first two?  o_O
1x Torpedo F5B (450mm/725kg/P192)
1x Torpedo F5B Heavy (450mm/812kg/P267)

The first two torpedoes are "stock" torpedoes.
The following two are provided with the Mod.

Yes. Only bombs.

Super as always, Epervier, and thanks so much.

However, in an 'unmodified' (as in, none of these large packs like DBW, etc) 4.09 install I am getting the error message "Zero Square in secfile @xxxx". I have also ceated modified versions of the class files in which I removed the cockpits and all refs to them, so these appear not to be the problem.

The 3d model loads and displays properly in the preview screen. I have tried alternate FM files as well. Still no luck. Any ideas old chap?

I don't know that version. I suppose you mean ModAct version?

It is effectively similar to a ModAct, yes. I am afraid that the log.lst tells us very little. Here are the offending lines:

[9:49:46]   java.lang.RuntimeException: Zero Square processed from com.maddox.rts.SectFile@7ed8b4

Very oddly, the problem appears to be related to the 3d model and/or textures. If I load the heir.him in DrJones I get some error messsages relating to the null.msh. I swapped the 3d files for those from the Alpha2 version (non-409), and this removed the complaints from DrJones. But, the same error persists. The crash (non fatal) is at 45% with the afore mentioned 'zero square' notice.

More curiouisly, if I substitute these He 115 3d model files for the He 111 H2, the game will start the mission and render the He 115 correctly, but upon exiting the mission I get a fatal error (frozen process, must End Task) without any message box.

Baffling. I have never before seen the likes. This behaviour is consistent on the same game install on two different PCs and three different operating systems.

I reassure you there are sometimes strange things in IL-2!
A friend cannot use the ship "Schleswig Holstein" and there is no alarm!
Sometimes it is necessary to resolve not to be able to use certain Mods!  :-X
