Fw-58 Exports

Here a pack of historic skins covering most of the foreign operators of the Fw-58.  Included are examples for: Austria, Brazilian Navy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Netherlands, Romania and Turkey plus a basic generic silver dope and a Luftwaffe bird.   All skins are made from the default.  HD and 1024 are included. Thanks to Lone Wolf for this excellent addition to the game. I read that the Brazilian aircraft participated in coastal ASW patrols against U Boats in the South Atlantic following Brazil's entry into the war. Enjoy.

BTW the armament of Brazilian aircraft was quite interesting as they mixed German and US made ordnance and weapons.

Thanks Dona, very nice set. However, there's a typo on the Dutch planes; there never was a '196', the lowest number was '197'.

According to Dutch Modelling and Aviation the Army Air Force operated 5 Fw-58's numbered 195 to 199.  196 entered service in May 1939 and was destroyed, as were most others, during an air attack on Nov 5, 1940.  Also used this profile set as a resource:

Oops,  :-[ you're right. My info cam from a 1963 book which clearly stated 3. In a later book (1977) the author corrects this to 5. Sorry for trouble.
