I don't know if anyone else had this issue, but on what I think was the 8th mission (brief below) I had a problem where the planes kept exploding as soon as the mission was loaded. I had realistic landings, take-off and landing and vulnerability all on.



I experimented with different planes, but they all kept exploding, killing the player.
I was finally able to progress when I tried selecting the 'Jetman' (using the option to select any plane) but his jetpack was still wrecked (see the second image below).
This meant that I had to just quit the mission, but was able to progress with the mission.



I don't intend for this to be a criticism at all and apart from this one issue, I have greatly enjoyed playing the well-written campaign.
