DCG Static Planes question
« on: September 20, 2019, 02:48:20 PM »

Anyone familiar with the DCG staticplanes.dcg file? I am unsure of the syntax. I see the following in the default file entry:

Plane$FW_190A5165ATA = Plane$FW_190A5165ATA

Is it expectedname = actualname

I can get actual name from the mis file, but how do I derive expected name?

Yes, the syntax is expectedname = actualname

Expected name is Plane$[plane name in air.ini]  (for example Plane$D520)

Actual name can be read from stationary.ini file (for example vehicles.planes.D520Static$D520) without vehicles.planes.

So, in order to make static Dewoitine D520 show in mission, the line should be:

Plane$D520 = D520Static$D520
