Cant hit top published speeds at altitide?

Using BAT 3.7.2. And I do not think it is a BAT issue.

Tried the following Corsair 1-d 1944, Spitfire IXE, and P-38L in QMB on Coral Sea.  Tried various altitudes from 20,000 ft to 30,000 ft. 

Tried with self trimmed (best I could get anyway) and tried with level stab. Full throttle max power WEP. CEM & overheat are OFF.

Corsair topped out at around 259 kias, P-38 229 Kias.   All were below 300 MPH ias

What did I do this time?

I think nothing is wrong.
IAS is about 0.6 * TAS at 30000ft.

Thanks 108 (That was a nice looking concept/plane)

I loaded a new fresh version of the game to 3.7.2 and am now showing correct speeds. I.E. over 300 MPH etc.  I can not explain it.
