Naval Reserve & Marine Fireballs
« on: December 09, 2019, 02:09:43 PM »

Here's a pack of "what if "skins for the FR-1 Fireball. Two files are included - one covering what the FR-1 might have looked like if flown by Naval Air Reserve units. Oakland, Glendale, Los Alamitos and South Weymouth squadrons are represented. There is also a set of USMC skins depicting what Fireballs might have looked like if they were deployed to Korea in 1950 with the Marines.  There is also a pre-Korean bird.  Units represented include VMA-332, VMF-212, VMF-214 and a FR-1P (photo-recon) of VMJ-1. All skins were made from the default. The lens for the recon version came from the Spit XIX template by Nightshifter.  Markings are in fact authentic for Corsairs and a Bearcat or two ;).  All skins are 1024.  Enjoy!
