Thanks  ;)

Btw i'm not dead, i'm just full of things to do with my university  8). Don't worry, i'm slowly going forward anyway with the 1.7.

I've also seen the results of the poll that i created some days ago and, thanks to your votes, i've taken a decision.
The plan is to make 1.7 with Singleplayer Only missions. The majority of you mainly play SP (me too) and i totally understand why the majority selected this option. The absence of the MP versions will surely assure a way less demanding dowload package compared to the "All-in" plan.
BUT, i also have the plan to include the MP versions as a standalone! Instead of making the original "All-in" or the experimental 1.6.1 (SP+MP & MP), i will make a separate download with only MP missions and available separately in the main page.

So, there will be 2 packs:
- 1.7 with Singleplayer ONLY missions
- Standalone version with Multiplayer ONLY adaptions

My goal is to make an enjoyable Singleplayer "Main" pack for the majority of you and, at the same time, a smaller and separate Multiplayer pack for those who enjoy flying in company.
You can pick the one you are most interested in or both. Your choice!  8)

taminzahid thank for your question. I was thinking about it recently. Currently this project is just a Mission Pack, and therefore contains missions spanning all over the 1965/1973 period of conflict and across all Air Forces present in Vietnam (i wrote this in the presentation page). I've choosen this formula because it has the benefit of greater liberty. I can switch between different perspectives, differen scenarios, different factions and across time without being "stuck" on one specific story in a specific place and time.

In 1.7 i won't include a campaign, since the content will be enough for one patch.
However, i have preliminary plans regarding a proper campaign/campaigns, maybe ready for 1.8.  ;)
I personally prefer the Single Mission mode but this doesn't mean i dislike campaigns. I will try my best to make them more personal, intimate and character driven than the Single Missions.  8)

I started to work on 2 more missions yesterday.
I want to expand the RAAF missions, and therefore depict the Australian effort in the war. As you see in the following screenshots, i'm showing the post-battle results of the mission "The Hill", if you recall.
I got a bit carried away with the FMB... ;D Since one of the new missions will take place the day after the battle in "The Hill" i though that it would be cool to learn what happened after your intervention.
I also pupulated my first town. Never done this before and i can't thank enough the map-makers that do this for each of their villages/towns and cities.

Thank you very much DarkBlueBoy!  ;)

Here's some more screenshots about the aftermath at "The Hill". I've almost completed my first south vietnamese town, just some details are left to do.
The mission itself is really fun, lots of 12,7mm dodging and lots of 7,62 sending 8). Tomorrow i'll post some screenshots about it.

Thank you so much guys!  :)

These are the screenshots i mentioned yesterday. The town is done and the mission is pratically finished. Now i need to to write down the Briefing and Walkthrough.
Flying low and landing in a town that i personally made gives me satisfaction. 8)
Don't forget that you can write me your ideas! I'm up for any of your REQUESTS

I've made some progress in the last 2 days. University is taking its toll on my pace...
Nevertheless, i managed to make most of the preliminary work, and its already a fun mission to play.

By the way i have a BIG announcement to make, we have a Discord server to test/play BAT multiplayer! (and also WoN MP of course).
Right now we are a little group but we have periodic meetings where we play coop/dogfight and WoN MP. We have a lot of fun every time and crashes/severe emotional events are assured  ;D

If you want to join us simply send me a private message on SAS so i can add you to the server. If you want to play/talk or share information about aviation, Il-2, BAT or Wings over 'Nam you'll be more than welcome to join!!!  ]thumleft[

Here's a brief preview of the new mission.
