Mission Editor missing from new install.

I bought Great Battles from Steam and when I installed my game from Steam to my new computer, mission editor is not there. Is there a link to it or do I need to try to re download? It is on my old computer. Can I copy and paste it to my new computer?

Don't know if you figured it out - for my install it's folder is in the bin folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\bin\editor  :)
