Whatever it looks like in Max is what you will see in the game.

In addition, i can see that you still have bad reflections on the port side of the stern.
Maybe just needs the position of a vertex to be very slightly adjusted.

I think it will be better to do all the final work in Max.
Possibly it is the conversion from one to the other which is introducing problems?

Hello everyone, I have the model ready to export, I have the Mayas called L0_Hull1, L0_Hull2, L0_Hull3, etc. and the damage ones called L0_Hull1_D1 L0_Hull2_D1 L0_Hull3_D1

The * .cfg files called
Hull1.cfg
Hull1_D1.cfg
etc

and the project file called
t21.prj with the following

I have a Head2 without damage and a Head2 with damage, I cannot get the model with damage to appear in the game, I leave the entries of Heir.him who calls them

Since the Parent is changed then the hier.him entries may change.

corrected all the hier.him but the problem persists
Although the mesh dump looks good, the game does not show them

Works allright for me. Are you hitting it enough times with bombs?
This is the version you sent to me on 24th July.
If you think that the parts are too strong then this can be adjusted in ships.ini so that damage appears with fewer hits.

Hi Ashe thanks for trying it, I also work well with the Hull and the SST, SSN and the Masts, from the model without damage to the model with damage, I have the problem with the Head2, Head4, Head6, Head11 and all the Boat, those  parts remain unchanged

I read in a post that now I can't find that on a ship someone modified something so that when the ship sinks the gunner soldiers disappear, maybe that will work

now make some headway by removing the _X suffix to the gun parts, maybe it's a matter of the game that the last damaged model cannot be a complete model but the parts where the collisions were touched
