Splash screen choice

Hi guys, I have a probably very newbie question:
Is there a possibility of locking a single splash screen of choice? I'd love it if the game always showed me the beautiful screen with Galland in his 109 E-4 dogfighting a Spitfire next to some Ju 88s, this one's my favorite.
