After spending days fumbling with my own class files to no avail, I've finally decided to swallow my pride and issue a request.
As you probably know, there're
NO Italian submarines (stock or mods) in this game, and the few Japanese submarines available (I-400 and Ro-500) are nothing but novelty items instead of strategically important classes of ships.
Someone has already requested the quite numerous I-15 class/Type B1, but I reckon this aircraft carrying-sub would be too challenging to be undertaken casually, so may I suggest the following:
Kaichu VII/Ro-35 class SSK
It's "generic" enough to not require much change from exiting stock/mod SSK, and numerous enough to actually fight a war (not just a "collector's novelty item").
Kaichū VII (Ro-35)
